When Is The Best Time To Take Active Energy Pre-Workout?
RECOMMENDED INITIAL USE DIRECTIONS: Our Pre-Workout Formulas are very potent. During the first 3 days of use we suggest only taking it once a day, and only taking 1/2 a scoop with 5 ounces of water after an early hearty breakfast to assess tolerance. Do not increase dosage unless product is well tolerated.

WORKOUT DAY DIRECTIONS: take 1 heaping scoop 30 minutes before your workout with at least 10 ounces of water.

DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.

WARNING: Do not take within 6 hours of bed time, may cause insomnia if taken later in the day. Drink plenty of water. Use for no longer than 8 weeks straight, followed by an off period of at least 2 weeks before resuming use. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Be careful of heatstroke if using in hot environments, stay well hydrated. Should you use pre-workout every day?
It is safe to use every day for up to 8 weeks at a time, but the effectiveness of the pre-workout will diminish with over use. We suggest taking 1/2 a serving on non workout days if you are going to take a pre-workout on those days and a normal serving on workout days. This will keep your body from getting used to the pre-workout.
